03 — THE RESULT

The license number does the selling.

The single highest-leverage change was not a design decision. It was publishing VA Class A License #2705166394 as a verifiable, structured fact on every page instead of burying it in a footer graphic.

Answer engines do not reward adjectives. They reward claims they can check. A license number resolves against Virginia's DPOR registry.
